Kathleen started learning clicker training by herself from books and videos but soon realised that taking a few classes would be helpful.

First studied clicker training with Katie O'Rouke-Dowding in film work and Photoshoot work, plus some Obedience and Heelwork to Music.

Continued to study with Kay Lawrence on various clicker training workshops.

Trained in Advanced Heelwork to Music with Gina Pink and other workshops with leading Heelwork to Music competitors and trainers.

Became a Crufts HTM finalist (2009) with Jake (Bordertown Shades of Blue). It was at Crufts that Kathleen met Karen McCarthy who was competing in the International HTM Final.

Kathleen is a HTM judge and is working towards become a Rally Obedience Judge.

Kathleen continues to study Canine Nutrition and Behaviour and teaches KC Good Citizens Awards, Heelwork to Music and Rally Obedience at The Old School grounds, Llansawel, Wales, for the BMC Academy

Kathleen started Doggie Delights Pawlicious as a Brand of Dog Dancing Ltd, selling 100% Treats & Chews for Dogs.

Whilst selling at Lampeter Market, she had the idea for making Dog Confectionery and a Dog Botanicals range

Nikki has spent 20 plus years teaching basic pet obedience, Kennel Club Rally and Kennel Club Good Citizen Scheme (from its inception) at Banbury Dog Training Society.

Competed in Obedience for 10 - 11 years gaining a Reserve Championship Ticket.

Now competes in Kennel Club Rally

Qualified as a judge for both sports

Has had the honour of judging Interregional Team Rally at Crufts in 2023

Qualified as an Accredited Trainer for Rally, training others to judge

Now teaches for BMC Academy in Capel Dewi, Llansawel and Cross Hands, Carmarthenhire.

Nikki is keen to learn more about Canine Behaviour issues, study and qualify as a Behaviourist.

Nikki is responsible for the research and running of the Artisan Dog Confectionery Department
