Our products are made in an area that would have made confectionery with nut products.  Although surfaces are cleaned thoroughly before making, as a safety warning these products may contain nuts.

Feed supervised as part of a blanced diet.  Ensure clean fresh water is available at all times  Keep product refridgorated as extreme heat will melt the oils they contain.

Each bag weighs 50 grams and is recyclable and/or compostible.

You have the right to cancel an order with us if you do so before the product has been shipped or within 14 days of placing the order. 

Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened. If there is evidence of fault in the product, a refund may be granted, at the discretion of the seller.

To return the product, the buyer must package and return the product to the following address at the cost of the buyer:

Dog Dancing Ltd, Pen Y Baily, George Terrace, Llansawel, Carmarthenshire, SA19 7JF

The seller will inform the buyer when the product is received and provide a refund in full (excluding shipping costs) if it is deemed that the claim is in accordance with this returns policy.

Shipping is by the Royal Mail 24 hrs or 48 hrs tracked online pricing.  Depending on how much you order it will be delivered as a Small Parcel or Medium Parcel.  There will be added a £2.00 handling fee at check out.
