£10.00 delivery charge per order irrespective of how many items. Shipping to UK territories only. No Overseas shipping.  To Northern Ireland, IOM and the Channel Islands, is charged at £20, regardless of order value. We aim to dispatch all goods within 7 days and send out via courier, or 2nd class parcel post.

Local delivery to Llansawel village and surrounding villages in SA19 area.  Can also be collected from Dog Dancing Ltd, Pen Y Baily, George Terrace, Llansawel, Carmarthenshire, SA19 7JF.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

You have the right to cancel an order with us if you do so before the product has been shipped or within 14 days of placing the order. 

Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened. If there is evidence of fault in the product, a refund may be granted, at the discretion of the seller.

To return the product, the buyer must package and return the product to the following address at the cost of the buyer:

The seller will inform the buyer when the product is received and provide a refund in full (excluding shipping costs) if it is deemed that the claim is in accordance with this returns policy.
