You have the right to cancel an order with us if you do so before the product has been shipped or within 14 days of placing the order. 

Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened. If there is evidence of fault in the product, a refund may be granted, at the discretion of the seller.

To return the product, the buyer must package and return the product to the following address at the cost of the buyer:

Shipping is by the Royal Mail 48 hrs tracked pricing.  Depending on how much you order it will be delivered as a Small Parcel or Medium Parcel.  There will be added a £2.00 handling fee at check out.
